You need to get above the tree line; no bugs at that altitude. Good view of the stars from up there, too.

So camp with your brand new dirigable. Positively no bugs 3000 feet in the air, bears can't steal your food, or attack you, just make sure it's solar powered, the skin plastered with light weight solar cells so you can fly forever, especially if you have gardens and a few food animals bred to give you continuous food. No need to ever come to Earth🙂

The lifting force would come from H2, not He2. The solar energy would convert moisture laden air into H2 and O2, H2 to keep the existing H2 bags full so the airship stays afloat, and O2 for breathing air if needed. You would still have to have some energy storage to allow flight through cloudy days....

Just make sure you always stay in international waters so no despot country can stop you....
