GB Away works with Firefox, GreaseMonkey.
Once installed you can ignore any RHP user you desire.
It's not just for GB, its for sanity.

Then you need to download and install the greasemonkey extension which can be found easily enough by googling.
Once you have those installed the GBAway script can then be used. All it takes is a single click.
It really is as easy as pie.
