Can you (or have you ever been able to) do a backflip?

I can't.

Not on land but on a trampoline when I was younger. Cartwheel was the height of it.

When I was younger off of the side or off of the boards into the pool.

Landed on by back from the 3 meter board once - only once, you only do that once 😩

No, could never do a backflip and I tried many times. I knew many guys and gals who could do it. Cartwheel was the best I could manage. I think you have to be very flexible to do that.
