I didn't really expect an answer.

As for your question click on Forums go down to "technology forum", that is where you can find out the info you're looking for.

"Everybody else" gets protected by the police.

How many in this income bracket rely on that rather than buying in their own private security?

So if they need the police they can call them and wait like everyone else.
Tax payers paying for 24 hour security won’t be happening in Canada. 🤗

Depends what you mean by "private security".
If any big Hollywood star was a target for a terrorist wouldn't the police step in?

Sure they should pay (and will) for day to day security.
My point is that everyone deserves a level of protection
which is proportionate to the threat. If they continue to
be "non-royals" then they will disappear from the public
consciousness and become less of a target. They won't
need special protection.

This is what they are saying in public. We really don't know what is going on for sure.

Wouldn't be surprised if there is some things going on in the back room we know nothing about.

If you want to believe everything they feed you in the news, that is entirely up to you.

Surely it is the bill for day to day security that we are talking about here though?!

If anyone thinks the RCMP will not be keeping a close watch on the couple when they are in Canada, they are not living in the real world. Even as citizens they must be protected. Their high profile will give them even more attention from the RCMP and local police. They will be Tax payers same as everyone else so deserve the same protection, but we know they will get more protection than the every day working man/woman.
