    He said he was getting changed but no clothes in his hand and all he does have in his hand is his phone?

    I think he was being a perv and his zoom call turned his camera on.

    I saw the clip on T.V. they had parts of his body blurred out of course.

    I believe it actually made the National News I was watching it on.
