I've been promising myself an early night for the last week and a half and I just can't seem to do it. I just sit here and dtare at this big screen. It's not as if anyone's hardly moved in my games in the last three hours.
Anyone got any half decent advice on how to make yourself go to bed early? 😴

I can almost never sleep properly. Anything suggested in here makes it worse, especially exercise, which makes me feel energetic rather than tired. Your mistake was to promise yourself an early night. The only way to get one is through exhaustion, and you never expect that. It's like the Spanish Inquisition in that respect.
