They stalk humans, then snatch them and destroy their lives.

Ugly by appearance, their only life is under the guise of internet or, on the streets of The Netherlands, under heavy masks, also body costumes and all kind of extensions.
They are members of a neo-Nazi group, although they would have been first to be exterminated if Eugenic were in law.
Cecilia and John have memory like Hitler, which means they cultivate deep resentment against anyone who ever stepped on one of their 26 toes (*all in all 26, due biology and radiation).
