when I initiate a challenge, or frequently when trying to search for a
player within defined ratings, I get "page cannot be displayed"; any suggestions would be appreciated

Do you get the RHP header and page cannot be displayed or do you get the 404 error? Or more precisely, is it a message from RHP or from your browser?
