Too bad. I'm not a Colts fan or anything, but I would have liked to have seen a perfect season.

Innnnn the meantime.... forget the 05 Colts and the 72 Dolphins. The 2005 Dolphins have won 4 straight now and in fact BEAT these measily little Chargers last weekend, so how about it then? Go Dolphins!

The Dolphins cannot make the playoffs.

If they win out, the Steelers and Chargers lose out and KC loses to the Bengals (meaning all are tied at 9-7) then the 3 or more team tiebreaks come into effect.

The Chargers are eliminated first as they would have a worse division record than KC. The head-to-head sweep criteria isn't applicable. Comparing division records KC gets the 2nd wild card spot with a conference record of 8-4 (compared to Pitt with 6-6 and Mia with 7-5).

I'm aware. When New England beat the Bucs on Saturday that whole load was lifted. No playoffs, season ends in two more games, but that's okay, cause we're playing good and building. As long as we finish our year with a win against those punk-arse Patriots, I'll consider this year a success.

The way the Dolphins are finishing up the year reminds me of the Bills last year who finished up the season winning 8 in a row (but losing in the last week). Do you think they can carry their success over to the next year? I don't. Not with that idiot QB of theirs.

the eagles now have 13 original starters on injured reserve. they won, but it was such a boring game. i actually watched the end of the LaSalle game instead of the eagles. much more exciting.
