A friend recently acquired tramp aids, a particularly virulent form of aids.
I said you must have been consorting with tramps,thats the only way to catch tramp aids.
He vehemently denied it.
Then he remembered seeing a tramp in a bus shelter choking on his own vomit.
He saved said tramp by clearing his airways and giving mouth to mouth resuscitation.

Charlie Sheen has HIV, not AIDS. I have been HIV+ since 1989. I did reach AIDS level, dropping to 25 cd4 count in 2007 but since have climbed back to 850+ and undetectable viral load.
