I've seen people on here chatting shall we say putting it in a nice way, while they have Chess Challenge games to move in.

Personally my Chess Challenge Games come first. Playing in the forums is second.

Personally, I post here between games at another site.
But on more objective viewpoint, why ask such a question in the first place?
Was it to boast about your own dedication, or questioning other's dedication?
I see it as taking more pot shots back and fourth. The Hatfields vs McCoys

This is a little like the Hatfields and McCoys. Exception there are more Hatfields than McCoys. 🙂

The question was simply to find out who would answer their posts first and who would play their games first.
I simply stated my Chess Challenge Games come first. If that is boasting about my own dedication so be it.

I felt like I was dedicated to my clan when I was in a clan. One time my home PC crashed, after work I walked 3 miles round-trip to the college to use the public computers. You waited for a while holding a number, then you had one hour only. I had over 100 games to move usually. So I blitzed through moves, like a mad man. I still had some great wins, it was intense but fun.
I always put clan games first, same as you
Divey is also dedicated, bring up the rear. Sure he is s relatively weak player, every rating pool has them. But he's far from the bottom.
I think rating shaming is not good etiquette. If I trash talk someone about it, it's because I consider them at about the same level as myself.

So you think the gooster goading me asking me if was gutted from not being in a clan I was on for 13 years and seeing his name on the list of names gutted me is quite ok for him to do. Gooster spends more time in here than on the board. I feel sorry for his clanmates my ex-clanmates having to carry him. So in your mind it is ok for him to goad me, but not ok for me to goad him? BIAS MUCH?

this is stalker mentality
to "see" people posting in the forums
checking timestamps to assure relevance
then clicking links to games pages and checking timestamps again
collecting all data and checking out the whiteboard to make sure all information is connected and relevant

I watch the chess moves very closely so if that is stalking then yes, I am stalking the chess games to see if a move has to be made.
