i have played "ithrowwithclocks on many occasions and have never had any problems with him, i have played him in tournys ,clan and private games. however i know he and his wife have recently had a new child and he could be under a lot of strain. i personally have never accused anyone of cheating although on occasions i have thought it . be patient with the guy and try not to take accusations to heart. i am sure you dont cheat and look forward to any games WE have in the future...
I just went through that game.. a pawn down on 8 moves, blindly O-O into a dangerous position. Mistakes on both sides. Stress or not.. seems to me the name should be changed to Ithrowtoysoutofthepram. I wouldn't worry about the cheating accusation. moment of moodiness I would guess (lack of sleep maybe). On which note.. congrats on the new baby.
Mind you on a serious note. Why is there all there suddenly alot of cheating accusations flying around. I guess to keep the moderators busy. Me I just like the game. If I play and beat a comp... all power to me, I much rather just have a friendly game and actually I'm none-the-wiser to if it's a comp or fellow chessophile. I think I'll lapse the subscription in a few weeks and just go to friendly games with people who love the game. Met a good bunch on here so I hope to carry on playing those chaps. For that... Cheating accusations (right or wrong) in the forums are moderated and can result in the accuser being banned.
Repeatly PMing someone with such accusations is not forbidden per se, but can be considered harrassment which should be reported (via cut and paste) to Russ.

I think RHP should have 'stingers' where you can 'poink' a player in game or in the forums, or while reading their profile and 'alert' it...
The stinger part is that people know when they got stung, and after a certain number of these build up you get a large electrical jolt of pain from a special USB wire you tape to your head when you log in.
RHP would be able to tell if you removed the unit from you skull, and you would log off. You are only able to give a few stingers at first, but as long as RHP agrees with who you sting and why, you get more stingers to use.
People who abuse the stingers would get none back, and no one starts with enough to sting anyone right off the bat... it needs to be built up.
There would also be hot keys you could set up, where you could sting the following users with a single press of the button...
