My question was this:
RBHILL I have a question. I was brought up a Christian and was confirmed at the age of 13. Am I to be saved, or do I need to repent for the last 10 years? If I had not been confirmed, would my situation be any different?
Your answer was this:
[i]I was confirmed myself in the catholic Church myself.
Being confirmed does ...[text shortened]... es the questions posed in mine; all you've done is spout some stuff about you being confirmed.
You are saying to me that you being confirmed is like a good work and you should go to heaven for it. That is not how you get there.
Eph. 2:8-10
8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—
9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
10 For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
John 14:6

You are justified by faith.
