Things are looking bad for Chelsea, they're in real dire straits. Let's have a look at the FACTS:

- OUT of the FA Community Shield in the FIRST ROUND!
- OUT of the MLS after drubbing by all-stars team!
- YET TO WIN in this season's Champion's League campaign!
- STRUGGLING in this year's FA Cup!
- In 6 games this month, they have only collected 3 (THREE) Premiership points. That's RELEGATION form! (Though luckily for them not yet Sunderland form.)
- Influential German captain midfielder OUT injured for some time.
- Squabbling amongst defensive players.
- Old (old) chairman doesn't like them!

I think you will agree that the writing is on the wall, the fat lady has sung, and Elvis has left the building regarding Chelsea's season.

Chelsea's problems are twofold...

1 - Manchester United are angry. They REALLY REALLY want to win this season.

2 - Everybody wants to beat Chelsea this time and that will work in Man U's favour.

Don't rule out Villa, seriously. Arsenal are also dangerous, and Tottenham will be in the shake-up for the Champions' League placings.

Sky sports predictions for the league are

1. Chelsea
2. Liverpool
3. Arsenal
4. ManU

I personally thought it would be Manu (2), Liverpool or Arsenal (3 & 4)

Good start for Utd.

I agree everyone will wanna beat Chelski & that will work in the other 3's favour, but they are quality.

1) There is only one round in the Community Shield, and they lost to an in form and good side.
2) They have yet to play in this season's Champion's League campaign
3) The FA cup hasn't started this year.
4) They've only played 2 Premiership games.

And need I remind you that Liverpool only got 1 point from their first Premiership game of the season, whereas Chelsea got 3 from harder opponents.

Thanks for the clarification Mr Funny πŸ™„ Remind me not to invite you to the audience next time I do stand-up πŸ˜‰

But your last point is RUBBISH!!!!!! Chelsea won at home against a 10 man mid-table team. LFC travelled away to a newly promoted team very high in spirits, on the back of playing two competitive games already this season with an eye on another crucial game in 3 days time. Sheff Utd under these circumstances were by FAR the harder team and I'm happy LFC got a point.

Liverpool travelled away to a newly promoted team in high spirits because they had just beaten Chelsea in the Charity Shield. Don't make excuses about Sheffield being a good side, you just didn't play great. You know full well you should have destroyed them.

I know we didn't play great - we've got a lot of new faces. I'm saying the Blades were the ones in high spirits with nothing to lose in their first match - they were expecting to get beat. LFC were the ones with the pressure - half way through a CL qualification tie very much in the balance and expecting to put up a strong challenge for the title. I don't think it's a surprise that they didn't win, and I do expect them to improve greatly in a short space of time.

Benitez experiments are more of an issue to worry than Liverpool's current form. I bet that line-up raised a few eyebrows.

Eh? Okay Aurelio was slightly dodgey but other changes during the game were forced on us by injury. Alonso wasn't played, having been saved for Haifa, and he was man of the match in that game.

Not that Liverpool is playing stunning games.........

Draw against Maccabi and draw against Sheffield, and you dare to talk of Chelsea......
