Good:
Elegant. Neat and Clean. Navigation friendly. Nice use of effects and shadows. No sound effects or music (thank you very much).
Bad:
Too much white space on top. I had to scroll down to center the box.
Shouldn't insult visitors, even in jest. Maybe after you draw them in.
