"Well, it's really heaven here. There are tournaments and blitz sessions going on all the time and Morphy, Alekhine, Lasker, Tal, Capablanca, Botvinnik, they're all here, and you can play them."
"Fantastic!" the friend said, "and what is the bad news?"
"You have Black against Capablanca on Saturday."

The best thing about Chess heaven would be the quiet. Pure silence for just you and your thoughts about your next move. The calm and the peace...... 😏




Instead of what I got here on Earth:

chess heaven would be an infinte chess board, with infinite directions to move and pieces that move in all directions, and you would be infinitley smart playing against an infinitely smart opponent.
