I think a while back he said he was ill. Heart condition maybe? I can't remember. Hope this is of some help. 🙂

Actually, there's nothing to worry about. Yes, he got into a car accident a while ago and he's still recovering from that, but the reason he's leaving is a good one: he sort of got a promotion, expected to have very little personal time left and ('of course'😉 prefered to spend it with his family.

So: don't worry, be happy for him.
