Not many of the women I know have ever wanted to be men, I wouldn't want it either. I live in a culture where it is possible for most women to act on their own. There are other cultures where women would need to be men to have a decent life. Equal rights don't exist there.

I believe equal abilities should give equal rights and equal responsibilities. (I have to translate that sentence to understand it - Likvärdig kompetens skall medföra likvärdiga rättigheter och skyldigheter.)
