And the plum compote really makes it.

Here in the U.S. we'll have a "7 fishes feast" feast tonight.
Tomorrow, morning we'll eat a light meal of smoked salmon, egg and mozzarella wrapped in puff pastry. I prefer to spice mine up with a few drops of hot sauce...but no one else in the family seems to appreciate my approach. 😀
