As told to me by a friend of mine Mikeviking, whom some of you may know:
I was in a hotel the other day and there was a chess conference going on. All you could hear was "I'm an International Master" and "Well, I'm a Grand Master" and "My rating is 3000, far higher than yours". All of a sudden, the Manager kicked every single one of them out in a fit of rage. When I asked him why he said "If there's one thing I hate, it's chess nuts boasting round an open foyer!"
