i guess chronic pain can come in many different forms yet the worst would be those to which no medical answers are found.cognitive abilities among other mental functions can be affected and this can be interpreted as the person having trouble getting a grip on life when it could be a physical problem.when loved ones become psychological experts for a problem which is physical then close relationships can be lost for life.
