when the government puts taxes on tobacco, they do it to stop the smoking they say. but then they only have more incentive to keep it going because they make money. it is then basically just a legal bribe paid by the companies to the government.ðŸ˜
what can be done?
I think all 4 of my grandparents died from smoking

Sorry about your family, but even though smoking kills, people enjoy cigerettes. People die in car accidents everyday, but we still drive. People die from lots of reasons, yet we still do everything and anything that we shoudln't do. If people enjoy it, great.. not everybody wants to live forever, and we all have to go sometime. It's a choice that people make, even if they dont' know they are making it. You can't force people to quit, they have to want to quit.
I didn't smoke until I was 20 years old. I never smoked more than 20 a day. 16 days ago had a triple heart bypass operation. I am only 46 years old - I have two sons 13 and 10 years old. The only reason I needed this operation was that I smoked. My consultant told me that If I had not had the operation I would have had a heart attack by Christmas - definate. I now have a scar down my chest, a scar down by left arm and a scar down my left leg - but I'm alive and I have some kind of a chance to be a father to my sons again.
If there is anyone out there still smoking - stop. Stop now and Stop forever.
