I have two matches where the opponents time remaining is down to zero, but the skull has yet to appear. What's up with that and how long do I have to wait before that skull will appear and I can claim the victory?

Could be one of several factors : time bank still in play : time bank out but timeout still to run : it's your turn to move ( not as silly as it seems ) : you are looking at a cached page.

also the site has just under-gone a server change and T/O's may be suspended or disabled.

Failing all that send Russ / Chrismo some feed back. Chances are they'll read this anyway.

You also need to hunt him down and physically take his head in order to get the points .

Can no one around here read? Russ has suspended auto timeouts. That is, tournament games will no longer automatically timeout. You can still claim timeouts by clicking the skull.

Camel, what are the time controls of the game and when was the last move?

3 and 7. last move was made 12 days ago...The timer has said 0 on time remaining for over a day...no skull yet though.
