What is your favorite kind? Mine is Clear, also knows as Rhode Island Clam Chowder.

Creamy New England is probably the most popular, but I personally think only COWARDS and WEAKLINGS eat creamy.

No one evah eats Manhattan... it's wicked suck.

Clam chowder is always best when freshly dug clams are used to make it, not the crap you get in the cans.

From there, make it anyway you want to your own personal taste, it is all good.

I went to a chowdah taste contest in Newport once. They had about 50 local restaurants represented.

Wicked good!

Sure do. I signed a petition a few weeks back to get a Narragansett brewery in RI. They are in Rochester NY now, so I'm not sure if it means Moving or a Second brewery.

fried clam strips on a bulky roll with tahdah sauce...wicked good!
wash it down with a Berkshire Brew IPA or a Paper City Pale Ale.

Ditto! You can also broil them in the shell, they are done when the shells open up, and are good that way also.

Have you ever ate a freshly dug clam raw?
