i would like pose the question that should the entire clan be punished just because of one now ex members mistake . to expand on this point in more detail , the ANZAC clan has had one of its members (wuffel) exspelled and rightly so for cheating , but here the problem lies. if i had already given that person several clan challanges prior to being ousted should those game be made to be a draw or removed completely as not to give either side the advantage 😕
I think it's part of the Clan game.
I't ain't funny, but all Clans can encounter problems like this.
- A Clanmember gets removed from the site according to the TOS.
- A Clanmember decides to leave the site completely.
- A Clanmember decides to cut down on it's games and resigns most of them.
Again it ain't funny, but I think all the Clans have problems like the above examples once and a while.
It are the rules at the moment, so try to change the rules or live and deal with it.
But with the current system the onus is on clan leaders to ensure their players are playing by the rules. If you change it so there is no penalty to the clan for a player's c-word then there is no incentive for a leader to not have a cheater on the roster.
And what of those challenges that Wuffel played in before being banned? His opponents and the clans they play for suffered because of his c-word. Is it really that unfair that now you suffer as well?
