Yeah it is. I decided to learn asp about 8 months ago so it is a first attempt.

There are loads of things wrong with it under the hood but it does a job. I am the worst designer in the world according to my work mates (& they are right) but I hope it gives you some ideas.

Why dont you get a copy of frontpage, or dreamweaver?

Both are web site design software. Alternatively try http://www.w3schools.com/ free online tutorial.

Again there are numerous free forum packages out there. PhPbb, SMF etc

Don`t forget that to be add free you will need to find a good hosting package too.
