I would suggest Muffy demand a refund. If I hired a supposedly "intelligent" designer who delivered a finished product of this low quality, I'd be very displeased.

What if you had designed the designer yourself? Isn't it the designer's designer's fault that the designer isn't good enough?

Very true. Hiring a designer is very different from designing a designer.

Muffy has only herself to blame, and no recourse for a refund.
