adding cinnimon to your coffee is both tasty but also good if you are diabetic as it helps lower you blood/sugar count. i have cinnimon in mine always.

Mine's black, fresh ground and French pressed. However, the beans are low quality French roast from a big box store (Costco). I'll stop at the grocery on the way home from work this afternoon and get better beans--probably Cravens' Earth & Sky blend: http://www.cravenscoffee.com/coffee/coffeeOrganics.html
