Don't go to Platina's or the California club on the south end. They are active brothels. Here is a wiki piece on the island, looks like the highest point is only about 50 feet off the ground, so the biggest things there are the buildings. Supposed to be the scuba and snorkling capital of the world according to Cousteau.

Rent a scooter and circle the island. It's great. Very beautiful place. Snorkel and you will be transformed by the whole thing.
