The strangers at our step are always polite. This time of year they are asking to hunt deer on our land, or trap muskrats on our ponds. Last month the strangers were politicians asking for our votes. The other "critters" showing up uninvited are raccoons, skunks, and stray cats. The coyotes stay away from the house.

i'm trying to get rid of three that showed up about four years ago
they promised to leave soon

The only ones we get are JWs and Mormons. We used to get bitumen-seller-scammers but since we had the driveway sealed they've lost interest.
