Hi there , just wondering if anyone can help me out.

I changed my start up settings for my pc where you have to log on first and i have forgotten my username or password. Is there anyway i can fix this ?

get a new computer.

write your username and password down on a piece of paper.

save that piece of paper for future use.

I had luck with this product a few years ago.

Just follow the instructions.

There may be easier ways, but this is not something I regularly do.
