conplaint

I am relatively new here. Have only played a few days. When I try today to move in my games I always get some subscriber annoncement and cannot get rid of it even if I try accessing this site many times. If this is not repaired I am forced to hold up playing here. Sorry.

1. Don't give out your e-mail address on the internet, unless you know what you are doing.

2. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and look for the words 'site feedback' in blue font. That is where complaints go to.

Now I helped you I can send you an abusive e-mail? Or could that be anybody? 😉

There should be a link above the ad saying "Please click here to continue to your game."

Click this, and the ad will not appear for another 30 moves.

I've just recently rejoined RHP having first joined in 2004, i can confirm that occasionally ads will come up before you gain access to your game, as russ said above you just have to click the 'continue to game'
