One shot of Tequila in a Shot Glass
Add a couple shakes of Black Pepper
Chase with a bite of lime, salt if you like... or a pickle if you forgot to get limes!

Can't beat a good single malt... Laphroaig 15 yo is my all time favourite. Hard to come by though.
