A good friend of mine (and fellow RHP member) has been busy building a correspondence Chinese Chess website.

He built it in the grand (and slightly eccentric) tradition of "I wanted to play Chinese Chess against other people, and there were no english language websites doing it, so I build one"...

The URL is http://www.simplyxiangqi.com

It's still in it's infancy, but the basics are there and it's very good fun. "Cannon to Wagon 3!" 🙂

(it's also interesting from a techie/geek perspective in that it's built with Ruby on Rails, but don't worry if that means nothing to you)

I'm playing three games on there now, and it's a good site.
It has the moves of each piece, and the rules, and it even shows you what pieces are under threat for beginners. . .I've just won my first game 🙂

It is definitely worth a bit of support.
