Also remember 'where' comes into play on the net: RHP is hosted in the USA if I recall aright, so don't go thinking the UK's data protection act is the thing to go by.
Even if it was, I haven't seen any violation of said act on RHP.
The only slight legal data thing is that RHP doesn't give a warning that it is about to place a cookie on your PC: a slight violation but not that serious. As the use of cookies is clearly indicated in the help FAQ, you don't have ground for a complaint there either.
