The morning after a party night, I don't need to have to focus on some arcane dial and translate what time it is. "11:35 am" in bright red tells me everything I need to know even from across the room.

Maybe I should go with a soft green instead of the bright red. 😕



Also, when setting the alarm, you can set it to the minute. With an analog clock, you could be off by as much as a minute.

If you need to set an alarm clock to the precise minute you want to get up you need help. Come on time management......cut yourself , at least, a bit of slack eh?😏
