I really really didn't want to have to do this but I feel compelled after waking up to check the forums while eating my Cornflakes (with sugar and skimmed milk, I am trying to watch my weight as my fingers are becoming too stumpy to hit the keys properly), to find that he just decided to throw any old crap at us.
The question has to be asked, what sort of site are you running here, where you allow this sort of behaviour to take place(you are also partly to blame)????

I know you have been working tirelessly to get this sorted out since I originally posted this request.
Your efforts have not been in vain, but can I ask you to hold fire on the banning?
It would appear that Cadwah has increased his efforts and is now starting to show some promise.
I appreciate he was just moments away from being banned and this request at the eleventh hour is cutting things a bit fine.
However, if he should relapse into being the "slacker" I think he may be, please be ready to execute my original request with much vigour.
As with company policy, I will want him hurt and hurt bad.
