I think the problem is not that 13 year olds can read the odd raunchy poem on here.
(Chaucer wrote a few of those and he is studied in schools.)
But that they can access sites like Pornhub with impunity.

That is where the parents come in to stop them from getting on these sites, problem is most 13 year olds know more about the internet than the parents do. Parents can block the site, and they know how to unblock it.

The question is how you define "impunity". Maybe some harm will be done in the soul which is not imidiately to be seen. (But that could have been the original intention of your post)
