The boob size is a small part of it I suppose, but that's not that much of a difference. I find small breasted women attractive too.
I like the succubus' hairstyle better, but more than that, she has voluptuous thighs and a seductive pose. Yours looks like she has skinny thighs and her stance seems rigid and awkward somehow.
It's hard to compare when yours is so tiny. If you go here you can see the succubus image smaller so they can be better compared:

I think a part of it is that the succubus has a relaxed, concavely curved lower back, which causes her butt and attached "happiness organs" to jut out, while the dark angel of yours looks more like her back is awkwardly rounded, convex in the back, keeping her butt in a defensive (or at least nonsexual), awkward looking position. She might be ready to leap into the sky or leap to rip out my throat, but she's not ready to give me hot dirty devil girl sex.
The facial expressions might be a factor too. The Dark Angel looks more hostile and cold, while the succubus looks seductive.
