In my view, "calling people out" is something that huffy teenagers and immature D-list celebs do.

That aside, did you ever call @divegeester out for fantasizing publicly about your death -- and not only that, but also for his public fantasizing about practicing amateur brain surgery and other medical abominations on your inert (or at least incapacitated) carcass?
