GF ruled RHP for decades as the most popular forum with the most threads and posts. It was the only forum where threads reached in to the thousands (except Rookie's thread in Spirituality; but he's a staple GF poster and arguably the single most well-known person in General Forum). Back when you could click on old pages of forums, GF has far more pages of content in its history.
GF is no longer king. Debates now rules as the most active forum.
Does this mean anything? Are we now more attracted to divisive topics than general chit-chat? Although to be fair, GF was never without toxic posters and threads either.
Due to RHP's changes, it's now impossible to tell whether Debates has more threads than GF but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

I believe been more talk in Debates since Trump became President for a second time and tore down part of the White House to make his ballroom. 😉
Of course starting a war with Iran didn't help matter any, just drove prices up all over the world not just in one Country. This is why none of the other Presidents did anything as he Trump keeps talking about repeatedly. They knew the problems this would cause that happened, He just made everything worst not better.
I understood in his election campaign he was to be the President of Peace and take down the prices of fuel and Food, only to drive them up, not quite what people voted him for. Now trying to change the polling system so only his faithful followers can vote. What happened to the U.S.???? Donald J. Trump!!!
Appears even his own Party is slowly starting to disagree with him, about time I say.

If we want to count the most active Forum lately it would be Debates, indeed the same thing is debated over and over again because it is the most important to most people in the world what is going on in the U.S.A. with everything Trump has done.
Of course Only Chess Forum would beat everyone because of all the blogs in it.
