Obviously people would like to know how the rating system really
works. Is it possible to spell out the method of calculation in full? How
does it relate to the Elo system? Also, what counts as a rateable
game. My impression is that a game terminated by a Time Out is
sometimes rated, sometimes not. Does it - for example - depend on
how many moves have been made?
Is there even a complete formal system being used - or are the
website managers using their discretion?
