Exactly as it says, Q&A. Someone asks a question, the person who posts below them answers said question and then posts one of their own. Esy, addictive, rather fun.

Inconclusive. He called it "Dumb Forum Game". That could be a dumb game or a game in a dumb forum. Or it could be a game which will make the forum dumb.
