My last encounter with these types was a blank delivery note through my door with no instructions whatsoever about what had happened to the parcel etc. I rang them and they sounded as surprised as me. The following day I wrote my neighbours number (and a big arrow pointing that way) on the delivery note, stuck it to my door and thankfully when I got home the parcel was with my neighbour.
Moral of the story? Not sure there is one really - perhaps that where there is a delivery note there's hope?
So, I call... Again!
Lady says.... "Oh, what happened was most of the driveways in your area were not plowed".
I say... "So why did the DHL truck pull into the driveway, why did the guy get out of the truck and look for my package, and get back in the truck and leave"?
Lady says, "Oh, sounds like he couldn't find your package".
Now they claim they will deliver to my home this evening.... So, bets are still on.
