CLinton ordered an inquiry into how Bush handled the disaster.
And Bush announced thet he would head this enquiry?
Originally posted by celticcountryDoes he play golf all the time? What's the running the country to golf ratio? With a high stress job like being the president, one should get time off during the year.
Oh.
Who runs America whilst Bush runs the world?
Plays golf?
Watches American "throw and catch ball"?
Fund raises?
anyway.
But did the Clinton/Bush scenario happen?

I didn't say he needs more time off. But you can't judge him for going on vacation, everybody does. The higher the stress job, the longer the vacation.
Some of my opponents are on Vacation.
I wonder If they run countries.
Makes you wonder.
I wont be timing out any more.
Dont want to get invaded.
Originally posted by celticcountryHoly crap dude, that's just stupid. Seriously. If you were the president, not that you'd probably be elected anyway, would you not take your vacation have half a year of dealing with stuff? Sure bush makes mistakes but any of us probably would too.

Thanks for the chat tho.
Good luck.
Originally posted by celticcountry(sigh) The news item referred to an enquiry about the government's response to the hurricane. This included local, state, and federal governments and their combined actions before and after the disaster. The President said he would direct this enquiry.
oh.
That news Item of MR Bush saying "...I will head this enquiry....."
Muat have been superimposed bu the BBC,Routers, NBC etc....
Glad thats cleared up then.
Ms. Clinton has been making partisan noise about an investigation. In any case, it is not related to the investigation noted above and is not nominally into "Bush's" culpability. That is probably her intent and desire, but is not so stated.
If I were to comment on British politics, I would try to inform myself fairly thoroughly before so doing. You might consider this approach as well.
Otherwise, you might direct your attention to important subjects about which you are informed, English football or London police, for example.
Adieu.
