I find it unbelievable that something like this happens and nobody seems to do anything about it. What if it happened to one of your family? I think that the users of this forum and the mods should get together and solve this problem because it's only going to get bigger and bigger.
It's not like something like this will just sort itself out.

This problem is no at RHP fora (read: forums) only. I think other sites are already trying to solve this and we should help each other.
