Originally posted by RagnorakI'm also almost 99% sure that it is from a Poe short story that I read. I've read literally everything he's ever written (wasn't hard, bought it all in one book! lol) and I don't remember every story perfectly but I'm pretty sure he had a story just like that one. Of course it's always possible that Hitchcock had done a remake of the story and the Twilight Zone had done their own remake or something........ not impossible.
We seem to have an even split between Hitchcock and Twilight Zone.
Anybody know for sure, or can anybody find out. I've spent a while on google trying to find it, but couldn't.

not really a horror film but I always found the vice scene in 'casino' pretty much the most disturbing thing i've every seen in a movie.

and if anyone saw little britain last night, the sketch towards the end with the rather large, balding lady was rather distburing too...

Originally posted by geniusThe rather large lady is Kathy Bates, a really wonderful actress, dude. She was absolutely wonderful in Misery and has many other great roles. But..... all that aside, yes that tub scene was disturbing in it's own way. 😕
