does anybody know this cd?

Now, I've been listening to a cd for about a week. The sad thing is, I don't know what it's called, and more importantly-I don't know what the tracks are called. It really irritates me when I don't know what the song I'm listening to is called. The track list is proving to be virtually impossible to find on the internet, so I'm posting here on the off chance one of you people know this cd... or are less stupid with google than I am. I was able to identify some tracks, so here's all the info I have:

-It's kinda jazzy
-Track 2 is Linda Ronstadt: Goodbye
-Track 3 is Incognito: Can't get you out of my head
-Track 10 is Norah Jones:Feeling the same way
-Track 16 is Paul Brady: Follow On
-It has 16 tracks in total.

It looks like you have got a compilation put together by somebody and not therefore commercially available.
