could be, I know what thats like....I have the worst computer in the world.....alot of times it crashs a few weeks ago it had a major crash and I lost all the files on it and almost ever day the ISP goes off for at least an hour (I know the ISP isnt my computers falt, but I'll blame it anyway😉)

if that is it I hope it gets fixed soon

maybe he has a major lack of thinking time... I get that sometimes, and can move in the no-brainer games (such as where you have the mate already planned) but can't get time to move in the games that I need to think over. Give him some time if you can, I'm sure he'll get around to it as soon as he can.

Last week my monitor died a horrible death so i had to dig out an old vga one from the bottom of the closet in the laundry.

No computer games for me for a while, grrr.
