I think the rules for all photos were if you edit say how. So I guess yes, but perhaps a natural photo will hold a bit more weight considering it was not edited in some people's minds? Don't know.

I think the one with me holding the cig is a crackup.

No. Heavy photoshopping is not forbidden if it's mentioned, although most voters seem to dislike it. But you have to have taken the picture(s) yourself.
